Most couriers have been enforcing a "No guarantee of signature on demand" due to covid restrictions whether that be because of laws or the companies protecting their staff and their community.

There is NO refunds and couriers do not offer any form of compensation.

Like many things covid related, it's just part of life now until covid is over.
